This course aims to enhance learners' comprehension of place value, specifically up to 1000. Throughout the course, students will delve into the concepts of composing and decomposing numbers in ones, tens, and hundreds. By engaging in various activities and exercises, learners will not only refine their number sense but also foster their own discoveries in relation to plotting numbers on number lines, organizing values in sequential order (both forward and backward), as well as estimating and comparing values. The course is structured to be completed over a span of nine weeks.
